I had my first follow up with my regular physician since my surgery. I was very anxious to get the results of my bloodwork. I'm happy to say that my glucose has gone down 67 points and my A1C has gone down nearly 2 full points! Although I'm still considered diabetic, these numbers represent a tremendous reduction in my sugar and gives me high hopes for a future free of diabetes. None of this would be possible without the generosity and support of the wonderful folks at Suncoast Bariatrics and the Palms of Pasadena with their life changing gift of free Lap Band surgery.
